Client Portal Overview

A guided tour of the My Services dashboard and everything available to you as a FRITH client.

What is the client portal?

The FRITH client portal — found at getfrith.com/my-services — is your personal legal services hub. Unlike the attorney-facing dashboard used by law firms, the client portal is designed for individuals and business owners who need affordable, accessible legal help without a full retainer.

From a single dashboard you can purchase legal documents, ask an attorney a question, get your case evaluated by AI, hire a registered agent, or find and connect with a lawyer in your area.

How to access the portal

  1. 1Go to getfrith.com and click Sign In in the top-right corner.
  2. 2Sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Microsoft.
  3. 3After signing in, you will be taken to My Services — your client dashboard.
  4. 4If you land on a different dashboard, look for My Services in the top navigation or go directly to getfrith.com/my-services.

Note: The client portal is separate from the attorney firm dashboard. If your account is registered as a law firm or attorney, you will see the firm dashboard instead. Contact support if you need your account type changed.

The My Services dashboard

When you first land on the portal, you see the My Services dashboard — a summary of all your active legal services:

Legal Documents

Shows documents you have purchased, their delivery status, and quick-access links to track each one.

Legal Q&A

Displays your current subscription plan, how many questions you have remaining this month, and your past questions.

Case Evaluations

Lists your previous AI case evaluations with practice area, AI strength rating, and date.

Registered Agent

Shows all active registered agent subscriptions with the business entity name, state, renewal date, and annual fee.

If you are new and have not purchased any services, the dashboard shows a placeholder with links to get started.

Left sidebar navigation

Every page in the client portal has a left sidebar (on desktop) or a top hamburger menu (on mobile) with these sections:

User menu

In the top-right corner of the portal is your account menu. Click your name or avatar to access:

  • Your email address (read-only display)
  • Settings — jump directly to your profile settings
  • Billing — jump directly to subscription management
  • Sign Out — securely log out of the portal

Status badges

Across the portal, status badges indicate the state of your services and documents:
