What are legal documents?
The Legal Documents service gives you access to a catalogue of 200+ attorney-prepared legal documents covering six practice areas. Every document is a flat-fee purchase — no hourly billing, no hidden costs. You pay once and receive your completed document within 2–5 business days.
Documents are prepared by licensed attorneys and customised to your specific details. They are not generic templates — each order is reviewed and drafted for your situation.

How to purchase a document

Go to Legal Documents
Click Legal Documents in the left sidebar, or navigate to getfrith.com/my-services/documents.

Choose a category
Select the practice area that matches your need (e.g. Business Formation for an LLC agreement).

Select your document
Browse the available documents in that category. Each listing shows the document name, a description, price, and typical delivery time.

Complete the intake form
Fill in the information needed to customise your document — names, dates, entity details, etc. The form varies by document type.

Pay at checkout
Pay securely via credit card. You will receive an email confirmation with your order reference immediately after purchase.

Receive your document
Within 2–5 business days an attorney will prepare and deliver your document to your portal inbox. You will receive an email notification when it is ready.
Tracking your document
After purchase, your document appears on the My Services dashboard with a status badge. Here is what each status means:
Payment has not been confirmed yet. If you see this for more than a few minutes after checkout, contact support.
An attorney has prepared your document and it is ready for your review. Check your portal inbox.
Your document has been finalised and approved. Download it from the portal.
Your completed document has been delivered. It is available in your Documents section.
This order was cancelled. Contact support if you believe this is an error.

Frequently asked questions
Can I request changes to my document after delivery?
Yes. Each document purchase includes one revision. Submit a revision request via your portal inbox message thread or by contacting support.
Are the documents state-specific?
Yes. When you complete the intake form, you specify your state. The attorney prepares your document to comply with that state's laws and filing requirements.
What if I need a document type not listed?
Use the Ask a Lawyer service to describe what you need. An attorney can advise on whether a custom document can be prepared or recommend the best available option.
How long do I have access to my documents?
Purchased documents are stored in your portal indefinitely. You can download them at any time.
