Marketing preferences

On the Settings page, the Receive marketing emails checkbox controls whether FRITH sends you product updates, legal tips, community highlights, and educational content.

  • Checked — you will receive occasional emails about new features, promotions, and legal guides.
  • Unchecked — you will only receive transactional emails (receipts, order confirmations, renewal reminders, and legal notices).

You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails using the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.

Changing your email address

Your sign-in email address cannot be changed from the Settings page. If you need to change the email on your account, contact support at support@getfrith.com with your current email address, your new email address, and a brief verification of your identity.

Deleting your account

To delete your FRITH account, contact support at support@getfrith.com. Account deletion is permanent and will remove all your data including document history, Q&A threads, and subscription records. Any active subscriptions will be cancelled and are not refunded for the remaining period.

Frequently asked questions

My profile is not saving — what should I do?

Check that all required fields have valid values (especially phone number format). If the error persists, try refreshing the page and re-entering your changes. Contact support if it still fails.

I signed up with Google — can I set a password?

If you signed in with Google or Microsoft, your account uses that provider's authentication and does not have a FRITH password. The Change Password section will not appear for social sign-in accounts. To add email/password sign-in, contact support.

Why is my name appearing incorrectly on my documents?

Documents use the first and last name from your Settings profile at the time of the intake form submission. If you update your name after a document is ordered, the existing order is not affected — contact support to request a correction.
