Calendar Integration
Two-way sync between FRITH and Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.

Calendar integration is per-user — each team member connects their own calendar independently. Two-way sync means: FRITH events appear in your external calendar, and external events import into FRITH Calendar.
Connecting your calendar
- 1Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar.
- 2Click Connect Google Calendar, Connect Outlook, or Sync via iCal.
- 3Authenticate via OAuth. You will be asked which calendars to sync — select work calendars only to avoid importing personal events.
- 4FRITH runs an initial import of events from the past 30 days and the next 12 months.
- 5From this point, new FRITH deadlines and hearings appear in your connected calendar within 60 seconds.
What syncs
- FRITH → External: court hearings, filing deadlines, client meetings, task due dates, and custom calendar events.
- External → FRITH: any event in your selected calendars appears in the FRITH Calendar view with the external calendar name as a tag.
- Updates sync in both directions within 60 seconds of a change.
- Deleted events: removing an event in FRITH removes it from the external calendar, and vice versa.
- Timezone: events created in one timezone display correctly in another. FRITH uses the user's timezone from Settings → Profile.
Firm-wide shared calendars
Admins can connect a shared firm calendar (e.g. a Google Calendar named "Firm Hearings") that is visible to all members. Go to Settings → Integrations → Shared Calendars → Add. All FRITH hearings are written to the shared calendar, and all team members' FRITH Calendars show shared calendar events.
Troubleshooting sync delays
- •Events not appearing in Google Calendar: check that the FRITH calendar is not hidden in Google Calendar's left sidebar.
- •Outlook sync lag: Outlook's calendar sync can take up to 5 minutes. If events are still missing after 5 minutes, disconnect and reconnect the integration.
- •Duplicate events: if you see duplicate events, you likely connected the same calendar twice. Disconnect one from Settings → Integrations → Calendar.
